All About Kids Community Outreach Campaign
Following the development of the Intervening Early website, Inspire continued its work with The Childhood League Center to develop and execute a community-wide outreach campaign to further raise awareness about the importance of early intervention for children showing signs of a developmental delay such as autism.
The objectives of the campaign were to build community awareness of the importance of intervening early and programs such as the PLAY Project, identify and enlist key supporters and partners to amplify the message, and generate interest from pediatricians and parents to learn more by visiting the website.
Inspire’s work on the campaign was multifaceted and included developing a messaging map, engaging stakeholders, identifying professional speaking opportunities, creating marketing and communication materials, overseeing media outreach, providing social media support and executing a paid media campaign.
In addition to assisting with the development of an animated video, “Meet the Meeples,” highlighting the importance of early intervention, the paid media campaign included a native article, banner ads, radio spots and pre-roll video.
To further support campaign initiatives, Inspire produced a brand journalism video for social media that covered the grand opening of the center’s new location on the Fort Hayes campus.
- Through targeted pitches, Inspire secured 11 local news stories for the campaign, generating 2.8 million impressions, with an editorial value of nearly $100,000.
- The social media video is the second most viewed video on The Center’s Facebook page, with 3,600 views.
- The paid media campaign delivered more than 1.7 million impressions and more than 2,300 direct clicks to InterveningEarly.org.
