OPA Annual Report
To communicate the association’s program’s accomplishments in 2017, OPA challenged Inspire to create a visually-appealing report to capture key highlights from the past year. The annual report would be presented at OPA’s annual board meeting and banquet in April 2018. Inspire worked with OPA to identify the projects and topics to include within the report, as well as the layout and format. Inspire developed all content for the report, which included highlights on OPA’s work in areas, including: producer and association programs, sponsorships, events, blogger and social media engagement, earned media placements, marketing and legislative initiatives, managing and monitoring poultry-related issues, and a preview of the upcoming year. Additionally, Inspire conducted research and pricing on different formatting options to include a finished product that was visually-appealing and easy to digest, but cost-effective to print.
• The final report was 24 pages printed in full color sized 10.5” x 8”.
• The annual report was shared with OPA’s 600 members, many of which attended the OPA annual meeting and banquet in April 2018. The report has been praised by many of OPA’s members.
